Our trio features:

  • Micil Poitín & lemon oil

  • Ponzu & yuzu dressing

  • Mignonette & lime

Complete the experience with an optional glass of Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs, an elegant English sparkling wine from Kent made from Chardonnay.
