Daróg Named Best Wine Experience in Galway

Daróg has been awarded Best Wine Experience in Galway, sponsored by Bibendum, at the Irish Restaurant Awards Connaught Regional Final 2026.

The awards took place on 31 March 2026 at Knockranny House Hotel, where over 600 hospitality professionals gathered to celebrate the strength and resilience of the region’s food and hospitality sector. Now in its 17th year, the Irish Restaurant Awards received more than 150,000 public nominations from across the country.

Winning Best Wine Experience in Galway at the Connaught Regional Finals means Daróg now progresses to the All-Ireland Awards Gala Dinner, which takes place on 18 May 2026 at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, Dublin, where national winners will be announced.
