Daróg Wine Bar Named Among Top Wine Destinations by Wine Spectator
We're proud to share that Daróg Wine Bar has been included in Wine Spectator’s 2025 Restaurant Awards — a global list recognising restaurants with standout wine programmes.
First established in 1981, the awards highlight restaurants that offer well-curated selections suited to their menus and that appeal to wine lovers of all levels. This year, more than 3,800 restaurants around the world were recognised, each with its own approach to building a meaningful and considered wine list.
Daróg was one of just eight Irish restaurants to make the 2025 list, standing alongside some of the most respected names in food and wine across the country, including 64 Wines, The George V Room at Ashford Castle, and Sheen Falls Lodge.
The full list of winners will be published in Wine Spectator’s special Restaurant Awards issue on July 15th and can be found online at winespectator.com/Restaurants.
We're honoured to be part of this international celebration of thoughtful wine curation.
